About Razzmatap
Twenty years ago a group of women started tap classes in Vancouver. Over the years what was once a class for fun and fitness became an award-winning tap company. The dancers overcame their fear of performing and were hooked on the joy of dance.Razzmatap has won medals at the World Tap Championships in Germany and showcased their talent at the New York City Tap Festival. They are often asked to perform for local charity groups and in Vancouver events.
This group of accomplished tap dancers also loves to do comedy jazz routines. In the Vancouver Province Lee Bachus wrote:
The number that earned the biggest ovation was called It's Raining Men. This was no ordinary troup....the packed audience of several hundred went nuts. Some even stood and cheered.
